You will be required to fill in a short application form / questionnaire and present/send it to the Practice.

We will advise you of the outcome and you may be advised to book an appointment for an Osteoscan to assess you fracture risk.

Prevention is better than cure although sadly there is no cure for Osteoporosis but if you find out your Bone density you can slow down the natural decline from the age of 50 and in some cases improve it.

There will be no charge at this stage. No Scan no Charge.
