From this May I will no longer be working at the practice on Monday mornings. This is due to me being appointed as a clinic tutor at the British School of Osteopathy in town. I will be teaching paediatric osteopathy to trainees within the context of a community clinic in a school for primary age children with emotional and behavioural difficulties. While I regret that timetabling prevents me attending the practice on this day, I am very excited about having the opportunity to provide osteopathic treatment to a patient group for whom it would never normally be available. We find that by helping make the children feel more comfortable in their bodies, they become more settled and are therefore better able to enjoy learning. I very much hope that none of my regular patients are too inconvenienced by this change. I shall still be in all day on Fridays, however, should any of my Monday patients have a sudden need for attention, then please don't wait to see me, but book in with one of the other members of our team who will be only too pleased to help you in the interim. Best wishes, Aidan Spencer
